Our Easter Holiday Camp is designed to keep children active, engaged and having fun throughout the school holidays. Each day includes a mix of multi-sports, team games, creative activities and healthy food experiences, all delivered in a safe and supportive school environment.

What to Expect at Our Holiday Camp
Multi-Sports and Active Games
Children take part in a variety of fun, age-appropriate sports and team games designed to build skills, confidence and enjoyment of physical activity.
Creative and Enrichment Activities
Alongside sport, children enjoy arts and crafts, team challenges and enrichment activities that keep the day varied and engaging.
Warm and Supportive Environment
Our experienced staff create a welcoming atmosphere where every child feels included, supported and encouraged to try new activities.
Safe, Structured School Setting
Delivered at Alexandra Primary School with clear routines, appropriate supervision and strong safeguarding procedures in place throughout the day.
Get Active Stay Active is based at Alexandra Primary School in the London Borough of Hounslow. Our venue provides a safe, familiar school environment with excellent indoor and outdoor facilities for a wide range of sports and enrichment activities.
Drop-off and collection take place at Alexandra Primary School. Further arrival guidance will be shared with booked families if needed.

Each day includes a mix of fun multi-sports sessions, team games, arts and crafts, and enrichment activities. Children also receive a healthy meal and snack, with plenty of time for socialising and structured play in a safe, supportive environment.

Children should come dressed in comfortable sports clothing and suitable trainers. Please also provide a named water bottle and a coat for outdoor activities.
If your child requires any medication or medical equipment (for example inhalers, EpiPens or similar), please ensure these are clearly named and provided to staff at drop-off with full instructions. All meals and snacks are provided as part of the HAF programme.

The safety of every child is our top priority. All staff are DBS-checked, first aid trained, and safeguarding trained. We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios and follow robust risk assessments and safeguarding procedures throughout the camp. We also follow safety protocols for heat, wet weather conditions, hydration, and equipment use. Allergies and medical needs are documented and closely monitored.

We have access to indoor facilities at Alexandra Primary School, so activities can continue safely in all weather conditions. Our programme is designed to be flexible, ensuring children remain active and engaged whatever the weather.

Yes — bookings can be made for individual days, subject to availability. Please check the booking page for current availability and HAF eligibility details.

Our Drop-off time is 8:45am and our collection time is 2:45pm at the main entrance on Denbigh Road and both will be confirmed in your booking information. Please ensure children are collected promptly at the end of the day. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.

HAF-funded places are available for children who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals and have received a HAF code from the London Borough of Hounslow. If you are unsure about eligibility, please contact your child’s school or the local authority.

Places can be booked directly through our website or for HAF places, via the London Borough of Hounslow Holiday Activities platform (website or app). Simply select your preferred dates and complete the registration process. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
